Welcome Home is the perfect get-away cottage, a quick guest house or environmentally friendly infill solution. This design lends itself perfectly to an off-the-grid solution utilizing wind power, solar power, solar hot water, passive air circulation, organic spray-foam insulation and a green roof. The main floor plan is an open concept with the central kitchen branching off to a cozy living room and light-filled dining room. The upper floor plan has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This is a “quick-to-construct” strong alternative to traditionally framed buildings.
